Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, orders over $49 will ship free via ground service to continental US destinations.

Continental US orders under $49 will ship for a flat rate of $4.95.

Canadian and Virgin Islands orders will ship for a flat rate of $10.00 via USPS.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Generally, orders shipping via Next Day Shipping to continental US destinations will ship the same day if the order is received by 1PM EST.

Who will delivery my order?

We ship orders via the US Post Office, FedEx and UPS.

Shipping Methods

We ship to Continental United States destinations via UPS, FedEx and the US Postal Service. Standard ground and Next Day delivery available.

We ship Canada and Virgin Islands orders flat rate of $10 via USPS standard ground service.

We ship P.O. Box deliveries via USPS standard ground service.

We ship APO, FPO and Military base deliveries via USPS standard ground service.

International Deliveries

Deliveries to Canada and the US Virgin Islands ship USPS for a flat rate of $10.00. Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to customs import duties and taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, these additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.

Please note that Minnetonka and The North Face products cannot be shipped outside the USA.

Please note that Teez-Her & NYDJ products can not be shipped to Canada.

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unopened product(s) within 60 days of delivery. If you would like to make a return of unworn, unopened product(s), please mail your return to:

Please use a traceable shipping method when making a return.

Your return will be processed in 1-3 days and your original form of payment will be refunded.

Unfortunately we can not accept open and/or worn face masks or underwear for return due to hygienic reasons.


Most items at are in stock but occasionally we sell out of an item before we receive new stock. However, if an item you ordered is on backorder, the rest of your order will be shipped and you will be notified of the backorder via email. At this point you will be given the option to wait for the item or to cancel the backorder. Once the backordered item(s) arrives at our distribution center, we will ship it to you via standard shipping service, at no additional shipping charge. We will not charge you for an item until it is shipped from our warehouse.
