When will my order ship?

We usually ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days excluding holidays. Generally, in-stock items shipping via 2 Day Air Express or Next Day Air will ship the same day if the order is received by 12PM ET.

We ship to all 50 States, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands), rural routes and P.O. Box addresses. Shipments may ship via either UPS or US Postal Service. Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable unless an error was made on our part.

Please note: All delivery times are business days. UPS does not deliver on Saturday. UPS and the US Postal Service do not deliver on Sunday or National Holidays.

P.O. Box deliveries select Standard Shipping. (Will ship via the US Postal Service.)

APO, FPO and Military base deliveries select Standard Shipping. (Will ship via the US Postal Service.)



International Deliveries

Deliveries to Canada and the US Virgin Islands ship USPS for a flat rate of $10.00. Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to customs import duties and taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, these additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.

Please note that Minnetonka and The North Face products cannot be shipped outside the USA.

Please note that Teez-Her & NYDJ products can not be shipped to Canada.

Backorders

Most items at EssentialApparel.com are in stock but occasionally we sell out of an item before we receive new stock. However, if an item you ordered is on backorder, the rest of your order will be shipped and you will be notified of the backorder via email. At this point you will be given the option to wait for the item or to cancel the backorder. Once the backordered item(s) arrives at our distribution center, we will ship it to you via standard shipping service, at no additional shipping charge.  We will not charge you for an item until it is shipped from our warehouse.

 

Returns Information

What is EssentialApparel.com's Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached and in original condition, within 60 days of delivery date for an exchange or refund.

Credits will be issued in the same manner as payment was made. Please allow ten (10) business days for your return to be processed. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately.
