Shipping Options
We will ship to Continental United States destinations via UPS and the US Postal Service. UPS does not deliver on Saturday. UPS and the US Postal Service do not deliver on Sunday or National Holidays. During checkout you can choose from the following shipping and handling options:

Ground ($6.99) - We choose the best carrier based on your zip code
3 Day Select ($10.00)
2nd Day Air ($14.00)
Next Day Air ($24.00)

All P.O. Box deliveries will ship via the US Postal Service for $6.99.
All APO, FPO and Military base deliveries ship via Priority Mail for $6.99.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Marina Islands, US Virgin Islands & other U.S. Territories ship via Priority Mail for a flat rate of $10.00.


Delivery Time
Most in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Please use the guide below to determine when your package will arrive.

East Coast destinations - (1-3 business days + 2 business days for processing)
Central US destinations - (3-5 business days + 2 business days for processing)
West Coast destinations - (5-7 business days + 2 business days for processing)

3 Day Select - (3 business days + 2 business days for processing)
2nd Day Air  - (2 business days + 2 business days for processing)
Next Day Air - (1 business day + 2 business days for processing)

Priority Mail - (2-4 business days + 2 business days for processing)


International Deliveries
Deliveries to Canada and the US Virgin Islands ship USPS for a flat rate of $10.00. Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to customs import duties and taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, these additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.

If you would like to ship an order to an international address not listed above, please send an email to: international@essentialapparel.com We handle these types of orders on a case by case basis.  Unfortunately we can not ship The North Face Products Internationally.


Backorders
Most items at EssentialApparel.com are in stock but occasionally we sell out of an item before we receive new stock. However, if an item you ordered is on backorder, the rest of your order will be shipped and you will be notified of the backorder via email. At this point you will be given the option to wait for the item or to cancel the backorder. Once the backordered item(s) arrives at our distribution center, we will ship it to you via standard shipping service, at no additional shipping charge.  We will not charge you for an item until it is shipped from our warehouse.
