What is EssentialApparel.com's Return Policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached and in original condition, within 60 days of ship date for an exchange or refund. Credits or charges due will be issued in the same manner as payment was made. Returns made after the 60 day return period, are in unsellable condition or are missing tags will be charged a restocking fee of 25%. Please allow ten (10) business days for your return to be processed. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, and a return lowers the dollar total of your order below $70 (the amount required for free shipping), a shipping charge of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund amount.
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
How do I return something?
You will find a return and exchange form on the back of the invoice in your order. To return an item, complete the appropriate portion of the form and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning. Please indicate on the form whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange, and allow ten business days for your return or exchange to be processed. Exchanges will be subject to our regular shipping & handling fees. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
