The Steens Mountain Full Zip Fleece Jacket, from sportswear manufacturer Columbia, is made from 100% polyester fleece for maximum comfort, warmth and softness. Made true to size, fitting neither too tight nor too loose, the Steens Mountain Sweater has accommodating sleeves with hidden elastic cuffs and a full zipper with the signature Columbia fabric zipper pull. Other features include a fold-over collar, two deep zippered front pockets, a double-needle hemmed bottom and stitching detail across the midsection. The Columbia name and logo are embroidered over the chest on the right side.

We usually ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days excluding holidays. Generally, in-stock items shipping via 2 Day Air Express or Next Day Air will ship the same day if the order is received by 12PM ET.

We ship to all 50 States, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands), rural routes and P.O. Box addresses. Shipments may ship via either UPS or US Postal Service. Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable unless an error was made on our part.

International Deliveries
Deliveries to Canada and the US Virgin Islands ship USPS for a flat rate of $10.00. Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to customs import duties and taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, these additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.
Please note that The North Face & Minnetonka products cannot be shipped outside the USA.

Backorders
Most items at EssentialApparel.com are in stock but occasionally we sell out of an item before we receive new stock. However, if an item you ordered is on backorder, the rest of your order will be shipped and you will be notified of the backorder via email. At this point you will be given the option to wait for the item or to cancel the backorder. Once the backordered item(s) arrives at our distribution center, we will ship it to you via standard shipping service, at no additional shipping charge. We will not charge you for an item until it is shipped from our warehouse.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached and in original condition, within 60 days of delivery date for an exchange or refund.
